A member of the Grand Large Yachting group, we work exclusively for Allures, Outremer, Garcia, Gunboat, RM and ORC brands.
Our mission is to allow each owner to exceed all brakes to the realization of his dream of a big cruise from the birth of the plan until the resale of his boat.

Our services
Many of us dream of sailing around the world, we have often admired the photos of those who made it before us. Between the dream and its realization, everyone will go through many stages: to improve their navigation technique, to understand the operation of an engine or electronics on board, to learn from those who made it before, to choose their boat, to prepare it according to the chosen navigation program, to maintain it to optimize its resale when the time comes... and finally to share their life experience to make future travelers dream.
At each stage, we have developed the right service to help each one cross one behind the other: crew training, boating events, coaching, maintenance and work on your boats, advice on preparing for the big cruise, second hand sale, concierge and wintering, rental...
Our Story
It is first and foremost the strong conviction of the founders of the group Grand Large Yachting that is the origin of the creation of Grand Large Services: to accompany the sailboat owners in the realization of their dream of a big cruise, providing them the best boat is not enough, you must be present at each stage.
In December, the first edition of Nordic Odyssey, a 10-month rally with the Fjords of Norway and the Baltic Sea as the starting point.

2024
This year will see the launch of our fifth office in Lorient, GLS Brittany, which logically follows the acquisition of the ORC brand by the group Grand Large Yachting. In addition to the refit, the EFT training centre, established in Nantes, will join Lorient's teams.
This became unavoidable with so many sailing sailboats around the world, the office GLS Antilles is launched in December of this year. It welcomes the owners of all the brands of the group for their post-transat refit, the sale of spare parts and the preparation of the boats for the continuation of their program.
2023
2021
In September, it was the departure of the first GLY World Odyssey. The GLYWO 500 (to celebrate the 500th anniversary of the first round of the world by Magellan and El Cano) marks a turning point in the company's activity with the organization of rallies, an immediate success with more than 30 sailboats starting this 3-year loop.
Launch of the GLS Atlantic office in La Rochelle, alongside the RM site. Two activities are mainly developed there: maintenance and repair work, and the sale of used monohulls.

The boating training centre Technical Training, French reference in the matter, joins the company. Technical training (diesel engines, electronics, electricity, safety, medicine, etc.) and crew training (sailing weekend, ladies only...) this center welcomes all navigators, whether or not they own a sailing boat of the group, with a leitmotiv, "knowledge is power". He is the founder of the Grand Large Yachting Academy.
Opening of GLS Manche in Cherbourg, side by side in Allures and Garcia yards. The teams specialize in the refit of aluminium monohulls and handing over to the new owners. Navigation techniques, port maneuvers... the accompaniment by our care is the guarantee serenity before departure. Full wintering activity.

Establishment of the enterprise with the opening of the first office, Grand Large Mediterranean Services, at the Grande Motte. In addition to the Outremer shipyard, GLS is launching its business by offering its used sales services and the refit of Outremer sailboats. The Grande Croisière seminars were also born at that time.
